Genworth Employees and Retirees generously donate volunteer time and funds to a variety of causes and community initiatives. These contributions provide support to thousands of local organizations that include schools, senior care facilities and community organizations.
Matching Gifts Program
To reflect the charitable interests of Genworth employees and retirees, The Genworth Foundation will match individual contributions of $50 or more to social services, public and private schools, colleges and universities, hospitals, museums, disease research, environmental organizations and more!

Volunteer Grant Program
The program provides funding to eligible community organizations and schools where Genworth associates volunteer 25 or more hours in the calendar year – outside of company-sponsored volunteering time. Genworth will make a donation of $250 to that organization.

Genworth Volunteers
We’ve partnered with VolunteerMatch, a nonprofit dedicated to helping everyone find a great place to volunteer. Employees can search our customized website for company-sponsored activities or projects to do on their own, as well as record their volunteer hours.
