Summary
Our Finance Program is a highly competitive development program for candidates seeking a finance career with Genworth. This two-year program consists of four, six-month rotational assignments combined with formal classroom training in finance, insurance accounting, controls and strategy development.
Position Description
Candidates joining the Finance Development Program complete four six - month rotations throughout the Genworth businesses and locations. Each rotation focuses on the development of key financial skills that may include: financial planning and analysis, general accounting, operations analysis, and investment accounting and analysis to build the foundation for a career in finance within Genworth. At the same time, participants strengthen their technical, business and leadership skills by completing an intensive, graded finance and accounting curriculum while participating in Genworth's renowned leadership development curriculum.
